This company has a head office in the Aberdeenshire area and covers projects across Scotland.
Your new role
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of all nominated construction projects. Your responsibilities include organising and ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects according to the business plan. You’ll collaborate closely with site teams, client representatives, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities will include:

Review project designs and specifications.Attend site design, review, and progress meetings.Conduct site audits and act on findings.Serve as the direct point of contact between the client and the company.Assess and manage design changes of the client.Facilitate agreement on variations.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Organise labour, plant, and materials for multiple projects.Collaborate with other contract managers to optimise available resources.Attend team briefings and deliver toolbox talks.What you’ll need to succeed
CSCS cardNRSWASMSTSFirst AidValid driving licenceStrong written and oral communication skillsEffective team management abilitiesMinimum 5 years of site supervisory experience in civil worksResults-oriented mindsetExcellent problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001General IT literacyWhat you’ll get in return
