Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of commercial solar mounting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.

Quality Assurance:

• • Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality solar mounting systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve processes and standards.

Budget and Cost Management:

• • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial status to senior management.

Risk Management:

• • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Proactively address challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial solar mounting systems and their installation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
