What You’ll Be Doing

As Contracts Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between clients, site teams, and commercial stakeholders. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of fire door installation projects-from contract negotiation and financial oversight to operational delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Leading project planning and execution
• Managing contracts, budgets, and procurement
• Ensuring Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
• Building and mentoring site teams
• Acting as the primary client contact
• Driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for safety and quality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Essential experience

• Proven track record in project management (ideally in fire protection or construction)
• Strong contract and risk management knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to lead teams and resolve challenges efficiently
• Familiarity with passive fireproofing and construction regulations
• Experience with OneTrace or similar software
