Our client is one of London’s largest commercial decor build companies in London – their remit covers most aspects of painting, decor, specialist coatings for construction schemes throughout London.

Due to new work wins and a period of sustained growth they are keen to identify a new Contracts Manager.

Our client carries out large painting and decorating contracts for the commercial, health, education and bespoke residential sectors – they have an enviable record for safety, quality and delivery.

The Candidate:

A demonstrable work history of working in the same sector.

Excellent client/architect facing skills.

Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.

Commercially astute.

Computer literate.

Strong SHEQ standards

Relevant industry related CSCS and Certs.
