The Role
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver all contractual aspects of the firm’s procurement of third-party suppliers. This permanent position is based in London and requires three days a week in the office, reporting into the Legal Counsel team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating supplier agreements

• • Advising stakeholders on contract terms and associated risks

• • Supporting due diligence processes and maintaining supplier questionnaires

• • Managing and developing the firm’s contract management system

• • Training colleagues and promoting procurement best practices

What You’ll Bring

• • Law degree from the UK or a Commonwealth country (essential)

• • Previous experience in contract negotiation or supplier management, ideally in a legal or professional services environment

• • Knowledge of data protection law (desirable)

• • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
