Our client, a prominent player in the plumbing and heating industry, is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a proven track record in contract management within the plumbing and heating sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management: Oversee and manage a diverse range of contracts, ranging from 2 units to 200 units, ensuring successful and timely completion.

2. Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Project Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

4. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.

5. Budget Control: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce health and safety standards on all projects, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within the plumbing and heating industry.

• Contract Range: Demonstrated experience in managing contracts of various sizes, from 2 units to 200 units.

• Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Budget Management: Solid understanding of budget control and financial management within the context of project delivery.

• Health and Safety: Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
