Our client has two exciting opportunities for you to join their Asset Management Team as a Contract Manager, one FTC for 12 months and one Permanent.

Contracts Manager (Planned Investment) – 12 months FTC covering maternity

This exciting role will overseeing planned investment works and will include all aspects of contract management. This will comprise of providing day to day management and communication with contractors and suppliers, undertaking health and safety inspections/audits and holding the contractors to account through formal monthly progress meetings.

This opportunity is part site-based, office and home based. and you will be the first point of contact for customers, members of the public, contractors, consultants, and developers.

Contracts Manager (Responsive Repairs and Voids) – Permanent

This role will see you proactively leading the operational development, delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance across all responsive services. You will drive contractor performance to ensure that responsive works are delivered on time, to budget and with the maximum VFM and customer satisfaction possible.

The successful Contracts Manager will:

• Be educated to HNC or equivalent

• Have a passion for Contract Management

• Have a keen eye for detail

• Have excellent interpersonal skills

• Have experience of Microsoft and have a willingness to learn further IT systems
