An exciting opportunity has arisen as Deloitte Legal grows its Contracts Transformation business. We aim to disrupt the legal market and improve contracting processes, and we seek highly motivated individuals to help us achieve this goal.

You will deliver high-quality services in a challenging, dynamic, and growing marketplace, acting as a contract advisor for our clients. You should have relevant experience in consulting and transformation to provide high-quality service. You will manage complex projects based on your CLM processes and tools experience, ensuring profitability and productivity. Continuous improvement of services, identifying potential risks, and resolving them through innovative tools and methodologies will be key responsibilities.

Specific Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting sales and growth of the Contracts service line, focusing on CLM technology and related transformation;
2. Delivering process improvement strategies related to contract lifecycle management;
3. Understanding client expectations and translating them into practical, implementable project objectives;
4. Providing high-quality, pragmatic, clear, and commercially focused advice;
5. Managing and advising stakeholders across client organizations;
6. Ensuring client work meets and exceeds expectations, achieving engagement and program objectives;
7. Researching, analyzing, and reviewing information;
8. Supporting the implementation of contract lifecycle management software;
9. Facilitating communication within project teams and with client stakeholders;
10. Contributing to the maintenance of existing services and development of new services to meet future needs;
11. Working closely with legal, procurement, and contracts teams.
