Role Overview:

They are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Business Developer/Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead our efforts in acquiring new customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves attending industry events, fostering customer relationships, and steering our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and business prospects in the medical device engineering services field.
• Initiate and manage contract negotiations with potential clients to secure agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our services and expand our network.
• Craft and implement strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities in the medical device sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Significant experience in business development, sales, and marketing, ideally within the engineering services related to medical devices.
• Strong technical or scientific background to effectively promote our innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close business deals successfully.
• Ability to travel frequently, primarily within Europe (UK/Ireland).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members.
