Role Objective

Deliver monthly and quarterly commissioner reporting; create insightful, tailored assets for commissioners to achieve account plan goals; provide intelligence to the Commercial team on account performance, competition, customers, market trends, and market overview.

Main Responsibilities

Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

• Provide accurate operational reporting and general information for internal and external customers.
• Respond promptly to specific data requests.
• Deliver regular communication with stakeholders, perform analytical work using Tableau, database querying, report building, and dashboard development to analyze contract data, identify trends, and inform discussions with commissioners.
• Monitor contract compliance, KPIs, and overall performance of local contracts.
• Report on team commercial KPIs.
• Prepare concise, visual documents and slide packs to communicate analysis findings.
• Support monthly data quality assurance.

Sales Strategy and Operations:

• Flag at-risk accounts; develop sales strategies using analytics; assist with pricing tenders; monitor customer pricing; analyze sales data.
• Oversee CRM data entry; improve data accuracy and hygiene.
• Present pricing trends and insights; support risk/opportunity analysis and reporting for budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Collaborate with central support teams to develop revenue hypotheses and improve sales processes and customer experience.

Systems & Processes:

• Ensure accurate, timely data entry in relevant systems.
• Identify efficiencies; contribute to process improvements and automation.
• Challenge and develop current methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with PowerPoint, Salesforce, or HubSpot CRM; excellent attention to detail and communication skills; BSc in Economics, Statistics, Maths, or related field.
