The Role: Design Manager
As a Design Manager, you ll ensure technically sound, cost-efficient design solutions that comply with regulations and align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Review and validate designs against client expectations and regulatory standards.
– Identify value-engineering opportunities and mitigate risks.
– Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM standards, and contractual obligations.
