Prestigious opportunity for a Digital & ICT Manager to join our team to continue to automate our solutions whilst managing and maintaining the IT estate. Based in our Lake District office, working on a hybrid basis, we offer a rewarding benefits package in addition to ongoing training and development.

As the sole point of contact for Digital Technology supported by a 3rd party IT provider, you will be responsible for:-

• Managing the IT budget, contracts and purchases
• Continually improving processes through digital projects, whilst maintaining the existing processes on SharePoint / MS PowerAutomate
• Leading on projects and driving forward the digital agenda, including digital compliance and accreditations
• IT Support is provided by a 3rd party. However, some involvement in IT issues will be required in handing out hardware and assisting in the resolution of urgent on-site issues with the IT Support Provider 20% of the role.

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 products, including Entra, InTune, SharePoint and PowerAutomate.
• SharePoint administration
• Familiar with PowerBI and PowerApps
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to produce quality documents
• Good project management skills
• Knowledge of JavaScript and APIs
• Understanding of UK GDPR regulations and cyber security requirements (such as those imposed by Cyber Essentials plus)
