Document Controller

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Document Controller in Buckinghamshire.

This opportunity is working for a privately owned multi-disciplinary contractor, who specialise in schemes from 500k – 25million in value.

Job role: Document Controller

Salary: 28,000 – 38,000 (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)

Main duties:

• Keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings
• Creating reports for construction managers
• Keeping documentation safe and backed up
• Converting paper documents to electronic format
• Keeping files organised

Knowledge and skills:

• 2 years’+ experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work hard under pressure
• Knowledge & proficiency of 4Projects/ViewPoint and Microsoft Package
