Are you a Project Manager or Package Manager interested in joining a large specialist drylining subcontractor to work on a leading tier 1 contractor £100m+ high end apartment development?

Due to the successful award of several tier 1 contractor drylining packages, this well established and reputable subcontractor have an exciting opportunity to start in the New Year on commercial and high end iconic apartment developments in Manchester.

You will act as main point of liaison with the principal contractor, attend all programme, design & progress meetings, mange subcontractors, health and safety and oversee quality & delivery.

The company are a multi-disciplinary subcontractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality fit out projects across both the public and private sector projects across commercial, residential, retail & leisure projects with leading tier 1 principal contractor environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who are growing rapidly and have a large forward order book of leading construction projects with an opportunity to progress to a Contracts Manager role over the next couple of years.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of working for a drylining subcontractor or package manager within a main contractor environment.
• Relevant industry tickets and certificates.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate project teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Base £60,000 – £70,000
