Renowned for delivering high-quality building services across the commercial, retail, domestic, and industrial sectors, they specialise in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a wide range of systems.

As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project/Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery for a forward-thinking and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site labour and subcontractors.
• Conduct site surveys and manage material procurement.
• Liaise directly with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with the preparation and enforcement of Health & Safety documentation.
• Monitor project programmes and timelines, delivering regular updates internally and externally.
• Represent the company at site meetings and act as a key point of contact.
• Maintain high standards of installation quality across all sites.
• Ensure construction drawings are followed and regularly reviewed.
• Take and interpret client instructions, coordinating with the wider team to ensure accurate delivery.
• Promote efficient, safe, and compliant working practices across teams.
• Prepare project documentation including O&M manuals, progress reports, variations, and payment applications.
• Manage project budgets, costings, and financial forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in electrical project management or similar roles.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (desirable).
