Electrical Project Manager

The company that we are looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for are an expanding and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor based in Essex, who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning.

Projects are predominantly within the Commercial fit out sector, with typical projects values ranging from 50k up to 1m. Projects are located in and around London, and your working week will be split between site(s) and Head Office in Wickford.

You will need to have between 1 and 5 years Electrical Project Management experience, we would also very much consider an ambitious Electrical Site Manager who is looking to take the next step up in their career.

Remuneration Package: Electrical Project Manager

• Base salary: 55,000 to 60,000 depending on experience

Electrical Project Manager – Key Activities will include:

• Working closely with the senior management team, you will oversee and manage projects from conception through to handover
• Management of site team(s)
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
• Assist in the production of Risk and Method Statements
