Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works on a commercial or industrial project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site electrical activities and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including RAMS and permits

• Oversee installation of electrical systems (power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, etc.)

• Liaise with the project team, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager or Contracts Manager

• Organise labour, materials, and site logistics

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure safe systems of work

• Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to relevant standards and drawings

• Support commissioning and handover activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial/industrial projects

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices

• SMSTS or SSSTS

• ECS/CSCS Card (Supervisory or Managerial level preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• First Aid at Work

• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)

• Experience with LV switchgear, BMS, or data centres
