Enforcement Manager

Salary:
Up to £38,766 P/A

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an Enforcement Manager to oversee a successful team, manage client expectations, supporting in sales and report to senior management.

As an Enforcement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of a specialist team.
• Working toward SLAs.
• Monitor and analyse team performance, implementing improvement when necessary.
• Training team members.
• Ensure strong client relationships are in place.
• Be a key point of contact for clients on enforcement related queries and complaints.
• Ensure contracts are in-line with policies.
• Attend and participate in client meetings.
• Implement targets for the team to meet.
• Oversee that enforcement activities are in line with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Experience in Operations Management (required)
• Experience in enforcement services, contract management or similar sectors is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Good leadership skills.
• Able to solve problems efficiently and make decisions on own initiative.
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
