A highly-regarded and respected surveying company in the Portsmouth area is looking for a person who has experience to join their team as a commercial property agent.

Ideal Candidate

• Someone who takes pride in their job, is detailed in their approach & execution of duties and enjoys meeting people working as part of a small team in a friendly, professional office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Prior commercial agency experience is required, ideally MRICS or working towards qualification.

Primary Roles

• Finding Buyers or sellers of commercial property
• Negotiation of contracts
• Lease renewals
• Lease assignments
• Rent Reviews

The role is primarily agency but the ability to do some L&T work or valuation would be a bonus.

Location & Hours

• Primarily office based, with regular travel to properties. (there is potential for some flexi work by negotiation)
• Hours – 9am to 5.30 pm, 5 days a week with one hour for lunch

Renumeration

• As generous basic salary of £40 – £50,000 (DOE) is offered with a commission package allowing OTE of £60 – £65,000.
