Are you an experienced lettings negotiator looking for a new challenge? An independent and friendly agency in Basingstoke is seeking a dynamic and capable individual to join their expanding team.

The position will be varied working across the entire lettings process from conducting viewings and inspections, growing new business, negotiating contracts and working directly with landlords, tenants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and have exceptional communication, solid written and administrative skills, and be happy to use their own initiative and have the ability to work effectively on their own and within a team.

A five day week is worked to include half days every other Saturday and dependant on experience, the basic salary offered is £22,000 – £25,000.
