Are you a skilled events professional ready to take ownership of a diverse and high-profile programme? A leading not-for-profit organisation is looking for an Events Manager to join their collaborative marketing team in Banbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering impactful in-person and digital events from industry conferences and webinars to networking sessions, tradeshows, and award ceremonies.

As Events Manager, you will:

• Lead the planning and delivery of conferences, seminars, and webinars, shaping engaging content and securing venues, speakers, and sponsors.
• Manage the organisation s presence at tradeshows, exhibitions, and external events.
• Oversee an annual calendar of events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to promote events, generate leads, and drive sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate event performance and continuously improve future programmes.

We re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in managing both in-person and online events.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, confident at networking and relationship building.
• Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
• A proactive, positive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health & safety in events (IOSH or willingness to work towards).
