My client are looking for a Events Site Manager

Direct Reports: Site Supervisors when on site Duties • The successful operational delivery of projects allocated to your management in various locations. Including event projects and semi-permanent installations.

o Produce detailed schedule / programmes including sub-contract elements where required and record changes to provide as built documents. o Manage schedule / timeline through life of project from planning through to dismantle identify key milestones / decisions deadlines to include maintenance of schedule documents o Specify plant & equipment requirements communicate dates for delivery and collection. o Liaison with labour / plant planning team to schedule required resources. o Plan labour resources (internal & external) to achieve maximum efficiencies per allocated project. o Liaison and management of sub-contractors. o Produce site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements and other Health & Safety related documentation for projects allocated to your management. o Coordinate sub-contracts RAMs for review and comment by others. o Detailed project planning with Supervisors. o Pre & post project reviews. o Site Management through site attendance pre site meetings, at start of project, through critical points and handover. o Site support to include progress meetings, performance reviews, H&S reviews and audits etc. o Issue permits to work and maintain records of permits o Utilise work flow software to ensure project information is communicated on site and appropriate record are maintained

• General administration to ensure smooth running of projects and up-dating records as appropriate for future years. • Site assessments for new projects. • Assistance with any new tender requests regarding logistics and sub-contractor management. • Training and development of site crews. • Project stand-by as required. • Production and management of snagging lists through to completion. • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Salary up to £54,000 plus car as travel across the UK is required
