Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial decisions for a 20m organisation.
• Manage financial systems and ensure statutory compliance.
• Oversee the Finance Manager and Commercial Department.
• Ensure financial integrity and governance.
• Handle Company Secretary duties, including legal filings and board meetings.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Senior management experience in financial control and construction contracts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
