Niyaa People are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for a Fire Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role is offering a salary of 60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Fire Contracts Manager role:

• Managing a 4 year passive fire contract worth 10 million
• Raising any orders needed for the contract
• Making sure the project is completed in line with the budget and KPIs set
• Managing the contractors on site to ensure that work is being carried out properly and effectively
• Liaising and working alongside the directors to report any problems on site and the standard of completed work

Key skills needed for the Fire Contracts Manager role:

• NVQ Level 3 in passive fire
• SMSTS qualification
• Experience working and managing a social housing contract efficiently
• Passive fire knowledge and background
