Graduate Legal Advisor is required to join a start up company based in Macclesfield. We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a University post graduate ideally with a legal or finance degree that has a keen interest in the technology space.

The Graduate Legal Advisor role includes;

• Responsibility for maintaining client account relationships and advising on matters
• Ensure client terms of business are sent out to all clients once instructions received
• Undertake employment status assesment (IR35) on behald of clients and provide advice in respect of this
• Reviewing and drafting contracts for services and amending contracts where necessary
• Ensuring time recording is kept up to date and all relevant databases

As the Graduate Legal Advisor you will,

• Receive excellent training from the Client Services Delivery manager which will span across a 6 month period
• Have the ability to provide first class customer service to the clients over the phone and by email
• Have a proactive approach to problem solving and be innovative in your approach
