Seeking an ambitious Head of Construction to co-lead their bespoke division Office & Fitout division, ensuring project success, nurturing our delivery team, and fostering growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead with Project Director and Head of Design Ops

  • Lead delivery team, including project and construction managers.

  • Establish/improve delivery standards.

  • Ensure high safety and sustainability levels on sites.

  • Drive continuous improvement in working practices.

  • Advocate for Procore, SustainIQ, and InnDex

  • Report delivery metrics to owners

  • Empower team for independent high standards.

  • Support new business, tendering, and client management.

  • Foster subcontractor relationships

  • Collaborate on growing turnover and GP

Required Skills:

  • Inspirational leader and mentor

  • Proven record in fast-track fit-out projects.

  • Accountable team player seeking improvement.

  • Deep knowledge of building fabric and technical services

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent client and account management

  • Process-driven with attention to detail
