Our client based in Woking are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team based in Woking. This is an extremely varied position and will require a candidate who is organised, forward thinking and willing to make a difference.

The HR Administrator will:

• Take responsibility of new starter and leaver administration
• Prepare contracts, relevant documentation and onboarding information
• Produce all paperwork required by the team
• Input data into the HR systems
• Maintain the data onto the inhouse systems
• Check monthly payroll
• Be responsible for the benefits and company, policies and facilities
• Maintain employee files
• Respond to all queries within the HR inbox
• Take responsibility for purchase order and invoice administration
• Support Managers as and when required

To be considered for the HR Administrator position you will:

• Have experience in a fast-paced HR administration or coordinator role previously
• Be able to manage a large number of tasks
• Have a degree and/or working towards CIPD
• Have previous experience working with candidate tracking systems
• Maintain the ability to communicate with staff of all levels
• Work towards tight deadlines well
• Be adaptable and able to deliver
• Have outstanding attention to detail
