Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Workday to join a busy HR Operations team. Based in the London office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes and data are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of new hires, leavers, internal moves, and any contractual updates in Workday, making sure all records are kept accurate and up to date
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, assisting with Workday self-service and resolving related queries
• Support day-to-day HR questions and ensure employee files and HR data are properly maintained
• Help with HR reporting and provide administrative support across the HR team as needed
• Own specific HR Operations tasks – such as administering employee benefits or Early Careers programs
• Get involved in HR initiatives and help drive improvements to processes and ways of working

Key Experience & Skills

• Proven experience working in an HR Operations team
• Essential hands-on experience using Workday – minimum 1 year.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes and HR compliance requirements
• Experience in processing contracts on Workday.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and working with HR ticketing systems
