HR Advisor – £35,000

We are currently partnering with a Chorley based organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary for this role is between £30,000 – £35,000 DOE and you will report directly into the Head of HR.

You will be joining a small, friendly and supportive HR team as they continue to grow. The purpose of the HR Advisor role is to be the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing advice on a range of HR matters and escalating complex pieces to the Head of HR. You will play a key part in being a true advocate for the organisation and contributing to the overall people strategy.

The Role:

• The first point of contact in the HR team for HR queries and support
• Build strong relationships with managers and members of the SLT
• Coach, mentor and support managers on ER issues
• Provide training and development to managers
• Take ownership of key HR initiatives such as employee engagement projects
• Support with the upkeep of the HR database, ensuring it is compliant and well maintained
• Generate, review and present HR reports to the Head of HR and other managers across the business
• Support with general HR administration which will include contracts, on/offboarding, HR inbox management, etc

Requirements:

• Experience of working at a HR Advisor level
• Good experience of managing ER caseloads varying in complexity
• CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
• Excellent relationship building skills with managers at all levels
• A real drive to progress and develop in your HR career
• Passion for people and providing a quality HR service
