Description

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies – within fleet and facilities management
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies
• Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks in procurement process

Profile

A successful Category Manager should have:

• Indirect procurement experience, ideally within fleet and/or facilities management
• Strong communication skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
• Experience in collecting and analysing data

Job Offer

• A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
