The Role
As Industrial Sales Manager, you ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy:

• Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers
• Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers
• Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.

About You
We re looking for someone who is:

• Proven experience selling energy supply (electricity, gas, or related services) to industrial clients.
• Commercially savvy, you understand market drivers, pricing models, and procurement processes in the energy sector.
• Entrepreneurial, able to spot opportunities others miss and act decisively to capture them.
• Relationship-focused, you re a trusted partner to clients, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
