We have an exciting new role for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our Headquarters in Stoke on Trent.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant at KPI Recruitment, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent to join our dynamic team. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce that aligns with our company’s strategic objectives and values.

What will the role entail?

• Managing end to end recruitment for all internal roles
• Advertising roles, screening candidates via phone, arranging interviews, managing offers of employment and feedback.
• Building relationships and networking with potential candidates
• Keeping hiring managers and stakeholders up to date
• Providing a great experience for candidates throughout the process
• Reference checks for all new employees
• Sending out offer letters and contracts of employment
• Monitoring Health and Safety
• HR System management profile creation, including working time patterns
• Setting up new start log ins
• Induction preparation for new starters
• Induction compliance
• HR Administration
• Supporting with employee engagement

What we are looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience building and maintaining relationships
• Professional conduct
• Great Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage your own time,
