Job Profile for Junior Contracts Manager –

In this role you will be working on various projects, managing schedules, updating programmes, distributing the correct drawings, arranging meetings and visiting sites to lease with clients etc. The sites are predominantly based around central London.

This long-standing and well-established company are interior specialists within the commercial sector focusing on projects for schools, hospitals, offices and airports. This role would suit a recent construction graduate, or an individual with hands-on construction experience looking to move into a Contracts Management position.

Junior Contracts Manager Position Overview

• Assist the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Waste Management Policies are adhered to.
• Assist with delivery of all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation provided.
• To ensure projects conform to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements.
• Sub-Contractor and Supply Chain communication and organisation
• Material organisation
• Ensure that anything which is likely to affect the Company’s performance is notified to the Site Manager and Senior Contracts Manager

Junior Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Construction industry experience or recent graduate
• Full Driver’s License

Junior Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

• Starting salary £22,000 – £28,000 (dependant on experience)
• Additional benefits to be discussed
