They are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Junior Project Manager to support their continued growth.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to project management in the construction and facilities management industry. The successful candidate will work closely with skilled professionals across project delivery, coordination, and client management on a wide variety of engaging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and escalate where needed.
• Provide support with internal audits, updates, and reporting tasks.
• Manage change request documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Help ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the project delivery process.

What They’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• A highly organised, detail-focused individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with or understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Primavera) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
