Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Sales Manager for one of our clients who own a luxury hotel branch in Glasgow City Centre.

As the Luxury Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maintaining our reputation as a premier luxury hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that attract high-end clientele, foster client relationships, and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Identify and target high-end clientele, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and affluent individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Coordinate with the events and banquet teams to ensure flawless execution of high-end events and functions.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
