DCT Recruitment are looking for a full-time Reactive Maintenance Planner within our busy highways project team based in Merseyside. The client is responsible for delivering highway and infrastructure projects across Merseyside. A suitable candidate will join the senior project teams in leading and contributing to project programmes, schedules, and delivery, as well as long term contracts. Key Duties and Responsibilities: – Able to desktop scope/assess work for Traffic Management Requirements – Will be office based in Kirkby, Knowsley – Able to plan and permit via software Requirements: – Previous experience in Traffic Management planning or coordination – Strong understanding of street works permitting processes – Ability to interpret utility drawings and site information – Experience using planning/permitting software (e.g. Street Manager or similar systems) – Strong organisational and time management skills – Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – High attention to detail – Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
