Location: Northern Home Counties with UK wide support if required.

Reporting To: Area Contracts Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday Primarily 06.00-09.00 mornings and 15.00-20.00 in the evenings

Salary: From 28,000 to 32,000 dependent upon experience with overtime Vehicle provided.

Role Overview

Supporting and leading a team of cleaners at a range of prestigious customer sites nationally, predominantly in the southern region.

Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking routine QA. inspections of the sites, training and ensuring staff are working productively and safely. Flexible in approach and able to network solutions within soft FM.

• Work with clients to address any specific requirements or concerns.

• Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork.

• Manage equipment, consumables, materials, and stock levels.

• Recruit, train and develop staff.

• Carry out general cleaning duties.

• Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.

• Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.

• Conduct team briefings and toolbox talks to cascade information to staff.

• Ensure staff present a professional image.

Your qualities

• Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry

• Full driving licence

• Strong people skills

• Attention to detail and high standards of work.

• Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations

• Continuous improvements to processes reporting and QA.
