Field Based / Remote (UK) – Ideal candidate will live around Yorkshire / Humber area, due to the clients they will serve.
60,000 + Car + 10k OTE Bonus

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a team of three Business Development Managers across the UK. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for delivering 20 million in sales and service contracts, driving growth through a value proposition sales approach rather than competing on price.

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a high performing national sales team.
• Drive a value-led sales strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships, focusing on long-term growth.
• Oversee major negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes and sustainable partnerships.

The Candidate

• Proven experience in sales leadership (5+ years), ideally in field-based national roles.
• Strong track record in business development and account management.
• Skilled in value proposition-based selling / able to win on quality and service, not price.
• Inspirational leader with a focus on coaching and talent development.
• Resilient, results driven, and customer focused.
