Lanes Infrastructure are looking for a NEC programmer to join their team at their head office in Guildford. As a NEC programmer you will work day to day with the Project Management and Commercial team and ultimately report in to the PMO Manager based at Guildford. Contracts are NEC3 or NEC4 Option B and include Secondary Options X5 and X7 with multiple sectional completions. The work is fast moving with daily changes that affect the progress and sequence of construction.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation, submission, and agreement of compliant clause 31 and 32 programmes for acceptance for up to three main projects, each with multiple sectional completions.
Liaison with commercial team to assess the impact of compensation events.
General programme / planning advice and liaison with Project / Contracts Managers.
Ensure that you take responsibility for the care of your health and safety and that of those affected by your actions or omissions
Attendance and contribution at project progress meetings and early warning meetingsYou will need:

NEC3/4 contract experience
Experience within a utilities / streetworks environment
