Your Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you ll drive the creation, development, and growth of this new division, shaping the strategy and building a high-performing team. You ll leverage your experience and industry network to establish a strong market presence.

A very brief overview of what you’ll be up to

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Recruit and lead a new team
• Oversee bids, contracts, and project delivery
• Ensure safety, quality, and commercial success
• Work closely with preconstruction and commercial teams

• Solid background in concrete repairs (essential)
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
