We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our Central division overseeing corporate, commercial and education contracts. Reporting into the Account Director, you will manage and motivate a team of 4 field-based Account Managers, driving the performance of the business and operating strategies for the region.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager you ll be:

• Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
• Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
• Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region.
• Managing client engagement, and driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager you ll have:

• Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome.
• The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Experience gained ideally with a mixture of client groups including commercial, local authority and education.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy.
• Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
