Job Description:

Own Your Education Recruitment Business – With the Backing You Need to Succeed

Are you a top-performing UK-based Education Recruitment Consultant or Manager who’s ready to take the next step? Have you built a strong desk or business but want the freedom and financial rewards of ownership, without the risk and hassle of going it alone?

This is your opportunity to run your own education recruitment business, backed by a proven industry expert offering the support, infrastructure, and financial security you need to grow fast and profitably.

What’s in It for You?

Business Ownership, Your Way – Own up to 49% of your business while operating as a director under an established brand. You bring the drive and expertise; we bring the structure and support.

Financial Security from Day One – Enjoy a basic salary (negotiable) plus:

• Monthly commission on net margin (P&L ownership).
• Shareholder dividends – you build it, you profit from it.
• Private medical insurance, gym membership, mileage, and client entertainment budget.

Zero-Cost Startup – No Risk, No Personal Guarantees – You start paying for our client’s services only when your business starts placing candidates. No loans. No upfront costs. Just a clear path to success.

Full Back-Office & Growth Support – Our client takes care of payroll, invoicing, contracts, legal compliance, and admin, so you can focus 100% on billing and growing your business.

Mentorship from Experts Who’ve Done It – You’ll work with proven experts in education recruitment startups, leveraging their experience to scale your business faster and more efficiently than going solo.

Please note that this opportunity is only open to individuals who meet the essential criteria outlined above. If that’s not you, we kindly ask that you do not apply at this time. However, if you do meet the requirements and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d be delighted to hear from you. All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence
