Our key client is currently seeking a Passive Fire Manager to join their growing Team in the East Midlands. They are a national maintenance company established in 1969 who strive to build strong relationship with their customers and surrounding communities
.
This role is available due to a wealth of new contracts and the successful candidate will need a passion to develop to be considered as well as having passive fire and managerial experience.

Passive Fire Manager benefits:

• 42,000 – 45,000 per annum

Passive Fire Manager key job duties:

• Overseeing 32 staff including 3 supervisors
• RAMS, tool book talks and site audits
• Ensuring health and safety compliance is met across the East Midlands
• Representing the company values and ethos while delivering excellent customer service
• Help develop the PFP team including onboarding, performance reviews and coaching
• To record and report all necessary information using both Bolster and Excel

Key skills, qualifications and experience needed:

• SSSTS/SMSTS & FIRAS qualifications
• Extensive passive fire experience
• Proven track record in a managerial role
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
