The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Ganymede, you will be responsible for:

• Building and developing a specialist recruitment desk in Rail, Transportation, Water, Infrastructure, or Highways.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identifying business opportunities and securing new clients.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, from skilled professionals to senior-level hires.
• Negotiating contracts, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and delivering exceptional service.
• Working closely with senior managers to contribute to the strategic direction of the business.

Who We re Looking For

• Proven experience in Civils recruitment, ideally within Rail, Transportation, Water, Infrastructure, or Highways.
• A track record of business development and successfully growing a recruitment desk.
• Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
