Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager, ideally with a consultancy background.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
• Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
• Solid understanding of construction technology to carry out quality inspections and reports.
• Experience in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT), and project administration.
• Experience in the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is desirable but not essential.
• Candidates should either hold a professional qualification or be working towards one, with strong support provided for RICS or MCIOB chartership.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
• A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
• Flexibility to work from home as part of the working week while being part of a supportive team environment.
