Anderselite are currently hiring for a Project Manager in the East Midlands.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple care home and retirement village projects through all phases of development, from inception to handover.
– Lead multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project goals are met.
– Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and to financial targets.
– Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and sector-specific legislation.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
– Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any challenges that arise during construction or fit-out.
– Manage key handover processes, ensuring smooth transitions for operators and stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
– Previous experience delivering care homes, assisted living developments, or retirement villages is essential.
– Strong understanding of sector-specific needs, including accessibility, dementia-friendly design, and facilities for elderly care.
– Proven ability to manage projects worth £5m+.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
– Knowledge of UK construction contracts such as JCT and NEC.
– A relevant degree or qualification in construction management, project management, or a related field is desirable.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software.
