Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager – Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing refurbishment, reinvestment, and new build schemes. Your responsibilities include:

1. Client Interaction:

   • Provide effective and responsive services to residents regarding construction projects.
   • Determine the best options and resources available on a case-by-case basis.

2. Project Planning and Coordination:

   • Lead the planning and coordination of refurbishment, reinvestment, and new build schemes.
   • Oversee the appointment of consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals.

3. Contract Management:

   • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
   • Manage contractor and consultant relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

4. Project Management:

   • Take charge of project management, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
   • Supervise works on-site, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
   • Foster positive relationships with residents, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment, reinvestment, and new build projects.
• Experience in contract administration, works supervision, and health and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
