£40,000 + Pension

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager with a very progressive local organisation, two days will never be the same in this role.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the UK

– Ensuring the needs of both Landlords and Leaseholders are met

– Undertaking Site inspections and preparing reports of works to be completed

– Issuing work orders to Contractors and ensuring they are completed within budget

– Supervising existing service contracts for gardening works, cleaning and general maintenance

– Preparing a schedule of planned works and an annual maintenance programme
