Are you an experienced Property manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded estate and letting agent in Hull? Our client is a well established business, looking for an exceptional Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for an individual who prides themselves on going the extra mile for their clients, with the vision to bring ideas to grow the business further.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to optimize property performance, enhance tenant satisfaction, and uphold the reputation of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Property Management function on a daily basis.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring all properties are compliant with safety certificates.
• Handling tenant enquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating maintenance and repairs ensuring any works are completed to the company standards.
• Using the property management software to record maintenance issues.
• Helping to overseeing rent collection, tenancy renewals, and rental arrears as well as ensuring deposits are paid.
• Organising contracts and move ins.
• Implementing and enforcing property management policies and procedures.
• Keeping abreast of market trends, property values, and relevant legislation.
• The ability to utilise your experience and knowledge to collaborate with the marketing team on ideas to help to grow the brand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document property conditions accurately.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Full driving license and access to own transportation.
• A relevant professional qualification, such as ARLA Propertymark, is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits:
Salary £24,000 – £26,000 Dependant on experience
Working hours 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday
Mileage paid
