Property Manager’s Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to company standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a prompt and reliable manner
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Managing tenant screenings and evictions
• Understanding state and national landlord-tenant laws and regulations
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Keep up to date with market knowledge
